We work hard to get your order ready for shipment quickly. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you don’t receive this email within 48-72 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. International Shipping
RangoliMall.com is proud to ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs, delivery times, duties, and taxes will vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes assessed by your local government. These fees are not included in your shipping charge and are not refundable by Rangoli Mall.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over a specified minimum subtotal before taxes and discounts (for example, $75). Free shipping does not apply during promotional events unless explicitly stated.
5. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different warehouses or fulfillment partners, it may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You may also log in to your Rangoli Mall account to check the status of your order at any time.
7. Shipping Delays & Issues
Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing (international orders). Rangoli Mall is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
