Please Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or missing item claims.

Return Policy for US Customers

Rangoli accepts return requests within 7 days of product delivery, but only for specific cases listed below.

Return Window

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Free Return Eligibility (only if we are at fault)

Free return shipping is provided only if:

  • Incorrect size received (not matching the size chart)

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item received

Required: Clear product pictures and unboxing video

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit.

🚚 Returns for Other Reasons (Customer Preference)

If return is due to:

  • Product not liked

  • Color variation

  • Size matches the chart but doesn’t fit you

You’ll bear the return shipping cost. After receiving the return, we’ll issue a store credit (only worth the product value).

 

  • 🚫 Non-Returnable Items (US Orders)

    • Customized/made-to-order products

    • Items not in original condition

    • Handloom thread pulls 


    • Clearance sale items (unless damaged/defective or incorrect as per size chart)

    • Decor: Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video. Returns will be accepted only after the issue is assessed, and if it's a mistake from our end, the product will be eligible for return. - (unboxing video required)

    • Food, lingerie, perfumes, and cosmetics (unless damaged—unboxing video required)



🔁 Return Conditions

  • Original packaging with tags

  • Unused, unwashed, odor/stain-free

  • Properly folded and packed

 Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • Do not accept tampered/damaged packages

  • One continuous video, no cuts/pauses

  • Show all sides, open fully, show item condition and count

  • Submit video within 6 hours of delivery

  • Minor scratches/marks are not considered damage

 Cancellation Policy

  1. Within 24 hours of order placement:

    • Allowed with a 6% deduction (payment processing fee)

    • No deduction if opting for store credit

  2. After 24 hours:

    • Generally not accepted, but we may consider requests case-by-case

    • If approved: 10% shelving fee applies

    • No deduction for store credit

  3. Item/size changes:

    • Can be requested if order is not shipped
